Dear Dr. Barakat, three months have gone and the invoice of tuition fees for the fisrt semester is wtill unpaid. I don't know why this delay, But I strongly believe that the Accountancy of Damascus University is the responsible for this issue. The schools started threathen me by dropping out from the school if the tuition fees is not paid by the end of this year, in other word they will not allow me to enroll in spring semester if this invoice is not settled. If you don't care, I care, I need one thing from you, you have received many complaint letters regarding to delaying of salaries and bonuses od delegates and my issue is not new. it is not my job to follow others job, originally, I am outside of Syria, and I don'y know what's happening over there
